A Theater Performance graduate of the Arts Academy, Federation University of Australia, with an impressive list of credits including both theatre and film (her debut appearance was in Irresistible alongside Susan Sarandon and Emily Blunt), Natalie’s first association with the award winning Australian feature film Birthday began when she appeared in both the Melbourne and Adelaide seasons of the acclaimed theatrical play. Natalie’s portrayal of the leading role of M received rave reviews, and led to her invitation to reprise the role on screen, her first lead in a feature, alongside a stellar Australian cast. Working as collaborator with Writer/Director J. Harkness from the film’s conception, Natalie took on the role of both lead actress and co-producer. Natalie’s portrayal of sex-worker ‘M’ has been touted as “Mesmeric”-Susie Lindeman Eastside FM, “Brilliant”– Erich Schultz Cannes IFF Director, and won her the prestigious Best Actor award at the Cannes Independent Film Festival and a nomination for ‘Best Actress’ in the 12th Melbourne Underground Film Festival. Natalie also appeared on Australian Network Ten’s morning talk show The Circle to discuss the film, her ambitious work on the production and her historic win.
Natalie is also an accomplished vocalist and voice over artist; recent work includes Ruby in The Powers That Be, Premiere The Play Podcast; Tess in Six Italians Seven Fishes, Open Door Playhouse and Faye in The Telephone Box, Open Door Playhouse.
